Neighborhood village Horní Hbity is situated west of the left bank of the Vltava river in the district of Příbram. It's pleasant, forest, moderately hilly landscape. Territory leads a very marked footpaths, suitable for hiking - advantage is the fact that a massive onslaught of holiday focuses primarily on the shores of Slapská and Orlická přehrada (dam), so the surrounding Horní Hbity is very pleasant to their calm. In the vicinity village Horní Hbity, in the village Dolní Hbity, is situated St. John the church, which is the work of famous architect Josef Mocker. In front of the church observant tourists are gaze on robust memorable "Aesculus hippocastanum" (commonly known as Horse-chestnut). In village Jelence there are several preserved wooden timbered buildings. Simple rural architecture is interesting to chapel in the village Káciň. Who shall deliver to the Vltava river, will pass through picturesque slight hill, slanting towards the river. Very pleasant is the path-way to the Orlická přehrada (dam) route through the village Upper and Lower Líąnice, through Líąnické údolí (valley) and up to the village Solenice.
